Step 2 — Tell Us What You Need

Select the type of marketing material you’re interested in and provide information about your project.

Depending on the product, we may ask about your preferred quantity, approximate size, intended use, event date or deadline, printing preferences and other project requirements.

Step 3 — Send Us Your Information

You’ll have an opportunity to provide information about your business and project. When appropriate, you may also upload your logo, artwork, photographs or other files.

Step 4 — We Review Your Request

BrightPath Web Designs will review the project requirements and determine the appropriate production options.

Because different products require different manufacturing processes, availability and pricing may vary.

Step 5 — Receive Your Personalized Quote

Once we understand the project, we’ll prepare pricing based on the requested design work, product specifications, quantity, printing or production requirements, and applicable delivery costs.

Submitting a quote request does not obligate you to purchase.

Step 6 — Design Begins After Purchase

Once your quote has been accepted and payment requirements have been completed, we’ll begin creating your custom design.

Step 7 — Review Your Digital Proof

Before approved custom materials are submitted for production, you’ll receive a digital proof whenever the project requires design approval.

You’ll have the opportunity to review the design and request reasonable revisions before final approval.

Step 8 — You Approve the Final Design

Nothing is submitted for printing or production until you approve your final design.

Once approval is received, the project can move into production.

Important Proof and Approval Information

Before approving your final design, carefully review all customer-supplied information.

This may include:

• Spelling

Once you approve a design and production begins, changes may no longer be possible.

If an approved design contains incorrect customer-supplied information, a replacement or reprint may require an additional purchase.

Please also remember that colors displayed on computer screens, tablets and mobile devices can differ somewhat from colors produced through professional printing or manufacturing processes.

Custom Project Deposit & Payment Policy

Because Custom Marketing Materials are designed and produced specifically for each customer, a 50% deposit is required before any design work begins.

After your project requirements have been reviewed, BrightPath Web Designs will provide you with a personalized quote. If you accept the quote, a secure payment link will be provided for your custom project. The initial 50% deposit must be paid before design work begins.

The remaining 50% balance is due after final design approval and before your project is submitted for printing or production.

Once custom design work has begun, the initial deposit is non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law. No order will be submitted to a printing or production vendor until the final design has been approved and the remaining balance has been paid in full.
